Connor Lapean is a junior at Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, Texas, where he is pursuing studies in finance and accounting with a keen interest in alternative investments. At TCU, Connor is actively involved in the Neeley Leadership Program (NLP) and the Transactions and Investments Professional Board (TIP).


As a member of NLP, Connor was selected as one of the 32 top business students to participate in a rigorous three-year leadership program. Here, he has developed a comprehensive leadership plan emphasizing self-awareness and enhancing leadership abilities. This includes strength assessments and crucial conversation training to effectively lead. In TIP, Connor was chosen during his sophomore year for an extensive investment banking preparation program. This program involves formal coursework in investment banking concepts such as valuation methodologies, relevant accounting topics, and M&A analysis.


Through these experiences, Connor plans to enter the business world with the intention of making significant contributions. He seeks to be part of an organization that continuously challenges him and inspires him to set new standards of excellence.


Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, Connor enjoys bodybuilding, watch collecting, golfing, reading, and spending time with his family and friends. His main mission is to harmonize unique ideas, catalyze growth, and inspire innovation through intentional relationships.


Connor's guiding mantra, posted throughout his life, is: Work Hard. Dream Big.
