Buying at these lower valuations is favorable for long-term investors, says Banrion's Shana Sissel

"We have been complaining for the longest time of some of these tech stocks that they're too overvalued...and now we're complaining that they're cheaper; and I think we need to make a decision."

Banríon CEO Shana Orczyk Sissel shared her preference for longer-term trend investing in areas like AI and cybersecurity, returning to CNBC Power Lunch with Kelly Evans and Brian Sullivan. 

She highlighted names like Nvidia and Leidos as examples of companies where investors might want to take advantage of lower valuations, even if short-term spending slows.
